Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Toastly (the "Service"), operated by Toastly ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & age

Toastly is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use or purchase the Service. By using Toastly you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

We do not knowingly market to, direct the Service toward, or collect personal information from anyone younger than the minimum age for which the Service is intended. If you believe someone under that age has provided us with personal information, email getrecallapp@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

2. Your account

We sign you in with an email magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account.

3. What Toastly does

Toastly helps you draft a wedding speech using AI. A free preview is provided; the full speech, editing tools, teleprompter, and cue‑card export unlock with a one‑time purchase.

4. Payments

The full speech is a one‑time purchase of $14 USD (or the price shown at checkout), processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize that charge. Prices may change, but changes won't affect a completed purchase.

5. Refunds

Because Toastly delivers digital content immediately, all sales are generally final. As a courtesy, if you're not satisfied you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing getrecallapp@gmail.com. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection law.

6. AI‑generated content

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Toastly to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content, to abuse or overload the Service, to attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or to resell the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Toastly name, design, and software are ours and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any right to our branding.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any speech will be suitable for your event.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
